Zade founded Mutual Capital Holdings in 2020 after a distinguished career at Goldman Sachs, where he served as a Managing Director overseeing institutional investment strategies. With an MBA from Wharton, he combines financial acumen with a forward-looking approach to blockchain and tokenization. Zade continues to lead MCH with a strong focus on strategic growth, investor trust, and market credibility.

Dearan Gerald Fertis leads Mutual Entertainment (USA) with a data-driven approach to content and IP strategy. Formerly part of Netflix’s Content Analysis Team, he specialized in audience modeling and the valuation of creative IPs in the streaming era. His expertise in data-centric entertainment research enables Mutual Entertainment to bridge creativity with commercial intelligence.
Oliver Grant
Head of Digital Assets Investment
Oliver Grant leads Mutual Capital Holdings’ digital asset investment division, driving institutional adoption of tokenized real-world assets (RWA). A graduate of the MIT PhD program, his research centered on RWA pricing models and asset tokenization frameworks. With a strong native understanding of blockchain economics, Oliver bridges academic precision with market execution in the evolving world of digital finance.
